At Akmenukų Magija, we ship orders throughout Lithuania to LP Express, DPD and Omniva parcel lockers.

Shipping Methods and Costs

When placing your order, you can choose from the following shipping options:

LP Express parcel locker	3,00 €
DPD parcel locker	3,00 €
Omniva parcel locker	3,00 €

For orders over 50 €, shipping is free.

Order Processing

Once payment has been received, your order is usually prepared and shipped within 2–3 business days.

Orders are processed only after payment has been received.

Shipping Time

The estimated delivery time is 2–4 business days after your order has been shipped.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be extended due to circumstances beyond our control, such as increased parcel volumes, holiday periods or disruptions in the shipping carrier's operations.

Where Do We Ship?

Currently, we ship only within Lithuania and only to parcel lockersHome delivery by courier is not available.

When placing your order, please select the most convenient parcel locker and make sure that you provide the correct phone number and other contact details.

Collecting Your Parcel

Once your parcel has been delivered to your selected parcel locker, you will receive collection information from the relevant shipping carrier.

Please collect your parcel within the collection period specified by the carrier.

What Happens if You Don't Collect Your Parcel?

If your parcel is not collected and is returned to us, we will contact you to confirm whether the shipping and contact details provided with the order were correct and whether you still wish to receive your order.

If you would like the parcel to be shipped again:

• if you provided correct contact and shipping informationwhen placing the original order, you will not be charged an additional shipping fee;
• if the parcel was returned due to incorrect contact or shipping informationprovided when placing the order, the Buyer will be responsible for the cost of reshipping.
