We want shopping at Akmenuk\u0173 Magija to be simple and straightforward. If a product you purchased is not suitable, you change your mind, or you receive a defective, damaged or incorrect product, please refer to the return procedure below.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

14-Day Right of Return<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

A Buyer who is a consumer has the right, in cases provided for by applicable law, to withdraw from a distance purchase agreement within 14 days of receiving the product,<\/strong> without giving any reason.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Condition of Returned Products<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

When returning a product, its packaging may only be damaged to the extent necessary to inspect the product.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Buyer has the right to inspect the product only to the extent necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning. The Buyer is responsible for any diminished value of the product resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to inspect it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Buyer may be asked to provide proof of purchase or other information that allows us to identify the order.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

How to Return a Product<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

  2. Wait for our response with the current parcel locker details and the information required for the return.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Pack the product securely to prevent damage during shipping.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. Ship the product to the specified parcel locker.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    Products may be returned using LP Express, DPD or Omniva<\/strong> parcel lockers mentioned in our Terms and conditions<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Who Pays the Return Shipping Costs?<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

    If you are returning a product of satisfactory quality,<\/strong>the direct return shipping costs are paid by the Buyer<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    If the product is defective, damaged or you received an incorrect product,<\/strong>reasonable return shipping costs are paid by the Seller<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
