General Provisions<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1.1. These Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter referred to as the <strong>\u201cTerms\u201d<\/strong>govern the purchase of goods from the online store <strong>akmenukumagija.lt<\/strong> including the rights and obligations of the Buyer and the Seller, payment, delivery, returns and other conditions related to the purchase of goods.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1.2. The Buyer is a natural or legal person purchasing goods from the online store akmenukumagija.lt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1.4. By placing an order and confirming acceptance of these Terms, the Buyer confirms that they have read, understood and agree to comply with these Terms.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1.5. The Seller reserves the right to amend these Terms. A purchase shall be governed by the version of the Terms in force at the time the Buyer places the order.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. Products<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">2.1. The online store sells physical products, including crystal and gemstone jewellery, gemstones, crystals, books, tarot cards, oracle cards, products intended for burning or incense use, and other products displayed in the online store.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">2.2. The characteristics, essential information and, where applicable, intended use of the products are provided in the individual product descriptions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">2.3. Product images are provided for illustrative purposes. Due to differences in device screen settings, the actual colour of a product may differ slightly from that displayed on the screen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">2.4. Products of natural origin, including gemstones and crystals, may vary in colour, shape, pattern, transparency, texture or other natural characteristics. Such natural variations shall not in themselves be considered defects.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. Placing an Order and Conclusion of the Purchase Agreement<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">3.1. Products may be purchased from the online store without creating a customer account.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">3.2. To purchase a product, the Buyer selects the desired product, adds it to the shopping cart, provides the information required to process the order, selects a delivery and payment method, and confirms the order.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">3.3. The Buyer is responsible for ensuring that all information provided when placing the order is correct, accurate and complete.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">3.4. The purchase agreement between the Buyer and the Seller shall be considered concluded once payment for the order has been received.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">3.5. Upon receipt of the order and\/or payment, the Seller may send an order confirmation and other information related to the processing of the order to the email address provided by the Buyer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">3.6. The Seller reserves the right to cancel an order if an obviously incorrect product price has been displayed due to a technical or human error, if the ordered product is unavailable, or if the order cannot be fulfilled due to other objective circumstances. In such a case, the Buyer shall be informed and any amount paid for the order shall be refunded.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4. Prices and Payment<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">4.1. All prices displayed in the online store are stated in <strong>euros (EUR).<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">4.2. The Seller is not registered as a VAT payer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">4.3. The prices displayed in the online store are final, excluding delivery charges, where applicable, which are displayed when the order is placed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">4.4. The following payment methods are available in the online store:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>payment by debit or credit card;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Google Pay;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Apple Pay.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">4.5. An order will only begin to be processed once payment has been received.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5. Shipping of Products<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">5.1. Products are shipped <strong>only within the territory of the Republic of Lithuania.<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">5.2. Products are delivered to an <strong>LP Express, DPD or Omniva parcel locker selected by the Buyer.<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">5.3. The usual order preparation and dispatch time is <strong>2\u20133 business days<\/strong> from receipt of payment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">5.4. The estimated shipping time after dispatch is <strong>2\u20134 business days<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">5.5. Standard parcel locker delivery charges are:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>LP Express \u2013 3 Eur<\/strong><br><strong>DPD \u2013 3 Eur<\/strong><br><strong>Omniva \u2013 3 Eur<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">5.6. To orders with a product value exceeding <strong>50 Eur,<\/strong>free shipping is applied.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">5.7. Shipping times are estimates and may be extended due to circumstances beyond the Seller's control, including disruptions in the carrier's operations, unusually high shipment volumes or other objective circumstances.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">5.8. The Buyer must provide correct contact and delivery information when placing an order.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">5.9. If the Buyer fails to collect the parcel and it is returned to the Seller, the Seller shall contact the Buyer to determine the circumstances and confirm whether the Buyer still wishes to receive the order.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">5.10. If the Buyer requests that the parcel be sent again and the correct contact and delivery information was provided with the original order, no additional delivery charge shall apply.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">5.11. If the parcel was not delivered or collected due to incorrect contact or delivery information provided by the Buyer, the Buyer shall bear the cost of redelivery.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">6. Right of Withdrawal and Returns<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">6.1. A Buyer who is a consumer has the right, in cases provided for by applicable law, to withdraw from a distance purchase agreement within <strong>14 days<\/strong> without giving any reason.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">6.2. The 14-day withdrawal period shall be calculated in accordance with applicable law from the date on which the Buyer receives the product.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">6.3. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Buyer must clearly inform the Seller of their decision by email:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong><a>info@akmenukumagija.lt<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">6.4. The Buyer must send or return the product to the Seller without undue delay and no later than 14 days after notifying the Seller of their decision to withdraw from the agreement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">6.5. The returned product must be properly packaged. The Buyer may inspect the product only to the extent necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning. The Buyer shall be liable for any diminished value of the product resulting from handling beyond what is necessary for this purpose.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">6.6. The Buyer may be asked to provide proof of purchase or other information necessary to identify the order.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">6.7. The direct cost of returning a product of satisfactory quality shall be borne by the <strong>Buyer<\/strong>, unless the Seller agrees to bear such costs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">6.8. Where a consumer validly exercises the right to withdraw from a distance agreement, the Seller shall refund the amounts received from the consumer, including the standard delivery costs, in accordance with applicable law.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">6.9. The Seller shall issue the refund without undue delay and no later than <strong>14 days from the date on which the Seller receives the Buyer's notification of withdrawal.<\/strong>The Seller may withhold the refund until the returned product has been received or until the Buyer provides evidence that the product has been sent back, whichever occurs first.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">6.10. The refund shall be made using the same payment method used by the Buyer for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed with the Buyer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">6.11. If a product was purchased at a discount, the amount actually paid for the product shall be refunded.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">6.12. The right to withdraw from a distance agreement does not apply in cases where an exception is provided for by the applicable laws of the Republic of Lithuania.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">7. Return Procedure<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">7.1. Before returning a product, the Buyer must contact the Seller at <strong><a>info@akmenukumagija.lt<\/a><\/strong> and arrange the return.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">7.2. Products may be returned using an arranged parcel locker:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>LP Express:<\/strong><br>G\u0117li\u0173 g. 2B, Ringaudai, 53332 Kauno r. sav.;<br>Obelyn\u0117s g. 1, Ringaudai, 53348 Kauno r. sav.;<br>Var\u017eupio g. 1, Akademija, 53348 Kauno r. sav.;<br>Pil\u0117n\u0173 g. 1, Akademija, 53347 Kauno r. sav.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>DPD:<\/strong><br>Var\u017eupio g. 1, Akademija, 53348 Kauno r. sav.;<br>Margirio g. 2A, Ringaudai, 53335 Kauno r. sav.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Omniva:<\/strong><br>G\u0117li\u0173 g. 2B, Ringaudai, 53332 Kauno r. sav.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">7.3. The Buyer shall arrange the specific return parcel locker with the Seller in advance by e-mail:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong><a>info@akmenukumagija.lt<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">8. Defective, Damaged or Incorrect Products<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">8.1. If the Buyer receives a defective or damaged product, or a product different from the one ordered, the Buyer should contact the Seller at:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong><a>info@akmenukumagija.lt<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">8.2. The Buyer is advised to provide the order number, describe the issue and attach photographs and\/or a video of the product or parcel showing the problem.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">8.3. Reasonable return shipping costs for a defective or incorrect product shall be borne by the Seller.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">8.4. Upon receiving the returned product, the Seller shall assess it and inform the Buyer about the further resolution of the issue.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">8.5. In the case of defective goods, the Buyer's rights shall be exercised in accordance with the applicable laws of the Republic of Lithuania.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">8.6. If a refund for a defective or incorrect product is approved, the relevant amount paid for the product and, where applicable, the associated delivery costs shall be refunded.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">9. Promotions and Discount Codes<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">9.1. The online store may offer promotions and discount codes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">9.2. Only <strong>one discount code<\/strong>may be used per order unless expressly stated otherwise in the conditions of a specific promotion.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">9.3. A discount code must be entered when placing the order.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">9.4. If additional conditions apply to a particular promotion, they shall be displayed in the online store together with the relevant promotion.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">10. Personal Data Protection<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">10.1. The Buyer's personal data is processed for the purposes of accepting and fulfilling orders, administering payments, delivering products, providing customer service and for other lawful purposes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">10.2. More detailed information about the processing of personal data is provided in the online store's <a href=\"\/en\/privatumo-politika\/\"><strong>Privacy Policy<\/strong>.<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">10.3. Information about cookies and similar technologies used on the website is provided in the <a href=\"\/en\/slapuku-politika\/\"><strong>Cookie Policy<\/strong>.<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">11. Buyer's Obligations<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">11.1. The Buyer undertakes to provide correct and complete information necessary to fulfil the order.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">11.2. The Buyer undertakes to pay for the ordered products and, where applicable, their delivery.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">11.3. The Buyer must collect the parcel delivered to the parcel locker within the collection period specified by the delivery service provider.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">11.4. The Buyer must comply with these Terms and the applicable laws of the Republic of Lithuania.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">12. Seller's Rights and Obligations<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">12.1. The Seller undertakes to provide the Buyer with the opportunity to use the online store and purchase the products offered therein.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">12.2. The Seller undertakes to properly fulfil accepted and paid orders, except where fulfilment is impossible due to objective circumstances.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">12.3. The Seller has the right to temporarily suspend or restrict the operation of the online store due to technical maintenance, malfunctions or other objective reasons.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">12.4. The Seller undertakes to comply with applicable consumer protection and personal data protection laws.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">13. Liability<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">13.1. The parties shall be liable for failure to perform or improper performance of their obligations in accordance with the applicable laws of the Republic of Lithuania.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">13.2. The Seller shall not be liable for disruptions in delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the Buyer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">13.3. The Seller shall not be liable for disruptions in the activities of independent third parties, including delivery or payment service providers, to the extent that such limitation of liability is permitted by applicable law.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">14. Final Provisions and Dispute Resolution<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">14.1. These Terms and the purchase agreement concluded between the Buyer and the Seller shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">14.2. If the Buyer has any questions, complaints or disputes concerning products purchased from the online store, the Buyer is encouraged to first contact the Seller:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Email: <a>info@akmenukumagija.lt<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">14.3. The parties shall seek to resolve any disputes amicably.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">14.4. If the Buyer is a consumer and the dispute cannot be resolved directly with the Seller, the Buyer has the right to apply to the <strong>State Consumer Rights Protection Authority (Valstybin\u0117 vartotoj\u0173 teisi\u0173 apsaugos tarnyba \u2013 VVTAT)<\/strong> in accordance with the procedure established by applicable law.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><a target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/vvtat.lrv.lt\/?utm_source=chatgpt.com\">State Consumer Rights Protection Authority (Valstybin\u0117 vartotoj\u0173 teisi\u0173 apsaugos tarnyba \u2013 VVTAT)<\/a><\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>1.
